e-Rostering Implementation at The Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG)
We’re thrilled to share the success story of our recent partnership with The Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG) in Guernsey, where we’ve revolutionised their rostering system for anaesthetists.
One key element of this transformation was integrating Zebra, a robust scheduling solution, to streamline the complex task of managing anaesthetist schedules. This powerful tool has enabled The Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG) to enhance efficiency, improve team coordination, and reduce administrative burden.
Additionally, we built a bespoke interface that seamlessly connects Bamboo and Outlook, creating a cohesive platform for managing rosters, communication, and calendar events. This tailored integration has provided The Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG) with a streamlined and user-friendly system, ensuring their team stays aligned and productive.
Growth of AHP Job Planning
As we move into 2025, we are thrilled about the opportunities to enhance our Job Planning software for medics and AHPs. Being part of VHUK now provides us with greater scope to expand our product portfolio and drive innovation.
Throughout the year, we will continue to deliver regular training and updates for PReP and Job Planning users, ensuring they can fully leverage the software’s capabilities with expert support.
In response to user feedback, we are also introducing new features designed to streamline job planning processes, enabling healthcare professionals to focus more on delivering outstanding patient care.
We look forward to supporting our users with innovative solutions and exceptional service in the year ahead.
Premier IT joins the CoCH Commercial Procurement Services Framework
We are excited to announce that Premier IT has been added to the CoCH commercial procurement services national framework agreement to provide Job Planning consultancy and implementation services.
Our experienced team are available to support NHS trusts in optimising their job planning processes and outputs. By helping trusts implement or improve Job Planning software, we can help ensure that clinical resources are deployed effectively to meet the ever-changing demands on healthcare services.

NAMPS 2024
The Premier IT team was thrilled to attend the NAMPS conference at the Royal National Hotel in London with Edgecumbe Doctor 360˚. It was a great opportunity to showcase our workforce management tools and share insights on Doctor 360.
