Managing Director
Simon Monkman
“We founded Premier IT 30 years ago in response to NHS demands for intuitive IT. Previously a director at Priory Group and Nuffield Hospitals, I also started a specialist appraisal and revalidation business in 2008 and have therefore been on this journey to help healthcare teams since the process began. I also ran a football club for a while (not for the faint-hearted!)”
Interests:
A qualified pilot and father of four, I live close to Biggin Hill airport and can be found walking the dog most weekends.

John Waring

Tim Cresswell
“I joined Premier IT in March 2020 after they purchased the Equiniti 360 appraisal business. I have been working with NHS and private organisations since 2013 implementing dozens of clients over the years. From small designated bodies with a handful of doctors right up to super trusts of 1000 + doctors. Helping clients get the most out of the systems to ultimately make their lives, and those of the doctors that little bit easier is what I enjoy most.”
Interests:
Open-water swimming, running, triathlon and travel are what keeps me busy!
Accounting and Financial Controller
Tyona Desir
Tyona brings over a decade of expertise to the role. With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for financial strategy, Tyona oversees the financial health and reporting functions of Premier IT with precision and insight. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from a leading university and has continuously honed her skills through ongoing professional development and industry certifications.
QA and Release Manager
Boris Bonev
“I joined Premier IT in October 2014 after several years in the testing and IT background. I have enjoyed managing the testing and release processes by creating and implementing each of them. My role is focused on the quality assurance management and the release process. My role is involved with most of the projects and I enjoy being involved in all our projects from the start to the final product.”
Interests:
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, cars and exploring new technologies.
Client Success Manager
Tiffany Cheung
“I joined Premier IT as a member of the support team in 2014. I had previously worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital so I came into the role with prior experience in the NHS and saw the importance of healthcare staff when treating their patients. Since 2017 My role as CSM involves working closely with clients and making sure they are supported in the products they are using. The role is varied and on a day-to-day, it can include resolving issues, scoping new functionality and delivering training.”
Interests:
Walks in the Hertfordshire countryside, looking after my many houseplants, playing on the Nintendo Switch.
Project Manager
Natalia Foley
“I joined Premier IT as a Support Analyst in October 2015 after living for a few years in Australia where I moved from Argentina. Later, I joined the UX team focusing on enhancing the end-using experience by improving usability. My role now is more project management orientated, I enjoy managing different stages of the project until delivery and still applying some of my UX knowledge to it.”
Interests:
I love travelling and cooking especially with my two little helpers, and I enjoy long walks with Leo, my cocker spaniel.

Will Richards
“Prince 2 certified project manager responsible for project and training rollouts to public and private sector organisations. I have strong experience in meeting critical timelines and I enjoy working to exceed client expectations wherever possible. I have 2 years of experience in the full project management cycle from project initiation to system deployment and sign-off. I have 2 years of experience liaising with customers and stakeholders to develop requirements specification documents.”
Interests:
I enjoy long walks, sushi, and off-grid van conversions!
e-Rostering Project Manager
Emma Gaulter
“I joined Premier IT in September 2022 after a 13-year period working for the NHS. I started my NHS career as a HCA and then moved into the e-Rostering team as an Implementation Officer, from there my career progressed culminating in my last 4 years as a Medical Rostering Manager. I worked in various roles, with a plethora of workforce systems and multiple staff groups. My role now encompasses implementing our Zebra rostering product to new clients, planning and supervising projects to meet strategic objectives and ensuring project delivery within budget and on time. My role also includes training, procurement and working closely with our development team for product enhancements.”
Interests:
Cooking, spending time with friends and family, camping, dog walking and travel!
Support Lead
Steve Murekezi
“I have a passion for ensuring seamless customer experiences.
I joined the Premier IT Support team in May 2020, following several years in IT support and service management roles.
I enjoy being the first point of contact for support queries, guiding users through product features and fostering a positive user experience.”
Interests:
I find joy in exploring nature on long walks, socialising with friends, and finding serenity in swimming laps!
Digital Support Technician
Najim Abdul
“I joined Premier IT as an apprentice in 2021. During this time, I learnt a large amount about how the business functions and how to carry out the roles I’ve been assigned to, such as understanding all our software and how best to provide support for our clients. I enjoy getting to understand the different aspects of the software and how we can help to resolve any issues that may crop up for our clients as it is always important to get feedback for further improvements and ensure we provide the best systems.”

Sarah Phillips
“With 13 years of revalidation experience, I joined the Premier IT support team in 2021 as a specialist in revalidation, specifically the patient feedback element and with a typing speed of around 90-100 words a minute (on a great day!) I can always ensure a quick turnaround time. I have a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction, and how with positive responses & and experiences, we can drive changes in healthcare organisations.
I thoroughly enjoy working at Premier IT and contributing to their mission of delivering exceptional service.“

“I joined Premier IT in 2017 after many years living and working abroad. What I most enjoy about working as a developer is that you end up learning about a wide variety of professions, and at quite a detailed level since you are building tools which help people carry out their profession. What I have learned about training management and medical revalidation over the years allows me to have a comprehensive overall picture which informs every task and project I work on.”
